Ravenswood Solutions makes second annual contribution to Team Rubicon

Fremont, Calif. (February 15, 2019) – Ravenswood Solutions wrote a check to Team Rubicon on Tuesday after a campaign during which employees donated to the organization via a private webpage.  In October 2018, Ravenswood CEO Dan Donoghue announced that the company would match employees’ donations dollar-for-dollar during the months of October and November.  The corporate match brought the final donation to nearly $5,000.

 

Many of Ravenswood’s 130 employees are former military or members of the National Guard.  “Just as in 2017, some of our remote employees were directly affected by major storms in 2018, such as Hurricanes Michael and Florence,” said Donoghue.  “We ran a matching campaign for the second year in a row to help those in need.”

 

The donations were in the spirit of one of Team Rubicon’s co-founders, Clay Hunt: “Inaction is not an option.”
