Ravenswood is a company that provides hands-on, face-to-face customer support. Throughout the year, our live exercise support (LES) team deploys to customer installations around the country to support testing events and training rotations, including the US Army National Guard’s (ARNG) eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) program.

Before COVID-19 became a threat, we had several XCTC rotations scheduled for the summer of 2020 that required our workers to be in close proximity to one another. Once the pandemic hit, our employees, subcontractors, and customers faced an unknown and challenging operating environment. We had to come up with a solution for these unprecedented circumstances—and quickly.

Months later, the XCTC rotation season ended. In that time, we had zero COVID-19 infections across five geographical locations, 600 personnel, and our subcontractor staff.
